Return Policies & Instructions

Our Policies

All orders are shipped within 3 business days via Canada Post Surface Mail or UPS. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped within 3 business days following the weekend or holiday.
Please allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery.

Return Merchandise Policy
Contact a customer service agent at Grilltown Enterprise Inc. in order to ensure proper satisfaction for your returned merchandise. Goods not ordered correctly by customer, or refused delivery by customer, will be subject to a restocking charge of a minimum of 30%.

Orders will only be shipped at no additional charge if the shipping error is made by Grilltown Enterprise Inc., customer will not be subject to a restocking charge and standard freight charges will be credited

Shipping Address
Please note that you are responsible for providing us with your correct address. In the event that an incorrect address or incorrect postal /zip code is provided, the shipment will be delayed; furthermore there will be an additional USD$8.00 fee that will be charged to your credit card upon notification by UPS. If your package is returned to us, there will be an additional freight charge to have it delivered again. Should you refuse the package, you will be billed a restocking fee of 30% plus the freight cost.

We do ship to APO/FPO addresses, then such shipments are subject to weight ,size, and content restrictions. If we cannot send your package to your APO/FPO address, we will contact you. APO/FPO shipments may be subject to additional shipping fees. If you will be charged any additional shipping, we will contact you to notify you of the fees and give you a chance to adjust your shipping address if you so desire.

Remote or hard-to-reach areas (example: Martha's Vineyard, etc.) may incur additional shipping fees. This applies to Free Shipping and regular shipping orders. If this is the case with your order, a Customer Service representative will contact you promptly to notify you of the additional charges.

If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Orders for larger items that must ship freight require the shipping company to contact the customer prior to delivery. If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer, this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our regular return policies.

Delivery Inspection
Over 99% of deliveries have no external or internal damage, and are signed for without a problem. For your protection, we ask that you please inspect your packages following these guidelines:

Standard Delivery:
If your shipment arrives through a typical delivery service such as UPS, you have 3 days to call us at 1-877-885-8227 to report the damage.

Freight Delivery:
If you authorize the freight company to leave freight without a signature, Grilltown.com cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces.

Leaving a note is the same as signing for your products in good condition.

You may cancel any order without charge or penalty as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Any item that has already been shipped cannot be cancelled, and if returned, will be subject to the restock fee and shipping costs.

All purchasing transactions take place over a secure connection. This means that while theoretically someone could be listening to the conversation between your computer and our server, they could not understand it. It is encrypted with the highest standards and latest technologies possible.

Also, our site is checked daily to verify the security of our site and your transactions.

As for personal information, we will not sell any information you confide in us to any other companies without first receiving consent from you.
