GrillTown.com Return & Refund Policy
At GrillTown, we take pride in offering products designed to last for years of outdoor enjoyment. Your satisfaction matters to us, and our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with industry standards. We want every purchase to feel just right. If something isn’t perfect, here’s how we’ll take care of you:
1. General Return Policy
Outdoor Kitchen Suites & Built-In Kitchens:
Due to the custom, large-scale, and heavy nature of outdoor kitchens, all sales are final. These items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. Please review all product specifications, dimensions, and finishes carefully before purchase. Our team is happy to answer any questions in advance.
Grills (Freestanding or Built-In Units):
- Unopened Grills: If you change your mind, you may return your grill within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
- Used or Installed Grills: Once a grill has been fired up or installed, it cannot be returned.
- Grills must be in original packaging, unassembled, and unused.
Note: Used or installed grills are not eligible for return.
Parts, Accessories, and Apparel:
- Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.
If something arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 48 hours with photos and details. We’ll replace the part or unit at no extra cost.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the return.
- Shipping, delivery, and installation fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
4. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, orders are processed and follow the return policy above.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Outdoor kitchens and custom-ordered products
- Grills that have been used, assembled, or installed
- Clearance or final-sale items
