Grilltown Shipping Policy

Effective Date: October 1st, 2025

At Grilltown, we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and on time so you can focus on what matters — firing up the grill and building memories. Please review our shipping terms below:


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Large items (i.e. outdoor kitchens) may require additional handling time before shipping.

  • We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Standard Shipping: Small items (parts, accessories, apparel) ship via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).

  • Freight Shipping: Large items such as grills and outdoor kitchen suites ship by LTL (less-than-truckload) freight with curbside delivery.

  • White Glove Delivery: If available in your area, inside delivery and setup may be arranged for an additional fee.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

  • Promotions such as “Free Shipping” may apply on select products or order values, as indicated.


4. Delivery Process

  • Curbside Delivery (Freight): Large shipments are delivered curbside. It is your responsibility to move the product to its final location.

  • Scheduling: For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

  • Inspection on Delivery: Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.


5. Damages & Claims

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos and details.

  • Grilltown will work with you to replace parts or products at no additional cost.

  • Failure to note damages on the delivery receipt may limit our ability to file a claim on your behalf.


6. International Shipping

At this time, Grilltown ships within the United States only. International orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis; please contact us for details.


7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Freight shipments include a PRO/tracking number for scheduling and updates.


8. Failed Deliveries & Storage Fees

  • If you miss your scheduled freight delivery appointment, re-delivery or storage fees may apply.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
