Grilltown Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 1st, 2025

Welcome to Grilltown. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from grilltown.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site or purchase products. By doing so, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Grilltown.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Payment must be made in full before shipping.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, errors, or misuse.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only; Grilltown is not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., carriers, customs, weather).
Risk of loss transfers to you once items are delivered to the carrier.
Accurate shipping details are your responsibility; extra fees caused by incorrect addresses will be billed to you.

4. Returns & Refunds

Outdoor Kitchens & Custom Products: All sales are final. No returns accepted.
Grills: May be returned within 30 days of delivery only if unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply.
Parts & Accessories: Eligible for return within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product was defective upon arrival.

5. Product Use & Warranty

Grilltown products are designed for residential outdoor use unless stated otherwise.
Misuse, improper installation, alteration, or neglect voids any warranty.
Warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials or workmanship as described in our Warranty Policy.
Grilltown is not liable for damage caused by accidents, misuse, natural elements, or normal wear and tear.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Grilltown.com—including images, text, product designs, logos, and trademarks—is owned by Grilltown or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Grilltown is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability will never exceed the purchase price of the product in dispute.
Your sole remedy if dissatisfied is to stop using the Site and/or products.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grilltown, its affiliates, employees, and partners from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of products or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and Canada, depending on your place of residence.

U.S. customers: laws of the State of [Insert State, e.g., Delaware or California], without regard to conflict of law principles.
Canadian customers: laws of the Province of [Insert Province, e.g., British Columbia], without regard to conflict of law principles.

All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in [Insert City/State/Province], except where prohibited by law. Class actions are waived.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Termination does not affect obligations incurred before termination.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Warranty Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Grilltown regarding use of the Site and purchase of products.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site means acceptance of the updated Terms.
